Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer—we appreciate your patience.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.99 on all orders under $74.99. Orders over $75 are shipped free of charge.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged or Missing Packages

We carefully pack every order, but if your package arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can help resolve the issue.

Cellar Door Preserves is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
