Peach Habanero Dressing

In a glass measuring cup or a jar add:

• 2 Tbs champagne vinegar

• 2 Tbs  lemon juice

• 2 Tbs Cellar Door Peach Jam with Habanero

• 1 garlic clove, freshly grated

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp pepper

• 1/2 cup olive oil

Whisk or shake to combine.

This dressing is particularly delicious on fruit salad.
