Join Cellar Door Preserves' owner and jam maker Zenobia in an evening of jam making.
We'll use seasonal produce to create tasty lower sugar preserves.
Light snacks will be provided, feel free to BYOB.
All materials will be provided and each partipant will leave with a jar of preserves, a lovely "How to Can" booklet, and the knowleadge of how to confidently can fruit spreads.
Please bring a kitchen towel so you can easily carry your hot jar at the end of the class.
